- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If there is any issue with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in USD / EUR / TRY.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship globally and aim to process orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout and may range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipments to the USA: As the new regulations started in the USA, we have to send all packages to the USA as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) term. So you’ll face with ALL IN cost at the payment page.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
- Return Eligibility: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
